Relic power		Monolith energy	Effect
	Conservation of Energy	350	After using an ultimate ability, you will regain 10% adrenaline.
	Fury of the Small	150	All adrenaline generating basic abilities generate +1% adrenaline.
	Persistent Rage	150	Your adrenaline now generates outside of combat.
Combined effect		650	Conservation of Energy is useful if one's rotation involves multiple ultimate abilities such as Berserk, Meteor Strike, or Overpower with an equipped Igneous Kal-Ket. The Persistent Rage relic power allows the player to gain adrenaline outside of combat.

	Berserker's Fury	250	Deal up to +5.5% damage (all styles) the lower your current life points are below max. (Doesn't stack with Dharok's set effect.)

Combined effect		550	The Persistent Rage relic power allows the player to gain adrenaline outside of combat.
