@Ewok @metronetfiber Ewok, I was having the same issues with Metronet but in Minnesota. They fixed it now, but when it wasn’t working for me I used exit lag and it literally fixed everything. I had to use exit lag for like 4 weeks until they finally fixed their stuff. Worth a shot

@metronetfiber seriously what is going on. I cannot even stay connected to an online game right now. 3 disconnects in 8 minutes. Can we get an update on when this two day old problem will be fixed?

@metronetfiber @EddieK76 Not improving on my end. Two disconnects from a game server in the last 15 minutes. Last night was so bad my team had to play a man short because I got disconnected so often. Assuming there will be some sort of broad communication to customers? Issues were reported widely

@MartyF81 @metronetfiber @Taco3566 So I was told that since this is a networking issue with a 3rd party they aren't classifying it as an outage. (I have my inside guesses why). But this is day 3 and I cannot fathom how this cannot be resolved and instead of rerouting traffic which is what I was told

@Ewok @metronetfiber I also called about 5 times to try and get them to fix it but all they ever said was, were working on it. I suggest calling them back and requesting to speak with a NOC Technician. < the only people who actually could tell you what might be happening

@EddieK76 @metronetfiber @mooninate are trying to find a temporary Band-Aid. Either option is completely unsatisfactory. I'm considering switching back to spectrum. In 2020 during COVID crisis having poor internet isn't an option.

@metronetfiber I called and they said they are working on it. But its been 2 days and my charity fortnite tournament had bad packet loss and high ping. I couldn't play my best in the game and its been long time when will this be fixed???
