Current Promotions
Bring a Friend Free in July
Members can bring one guest every day in July for free. From July 1-31, your guest can enjoy everything the Y has to offer with you. See the Welcome Center for details.
Member Get a Member Referral Program
Share the Y, and get a free month of membership. Once you sign up as a referrer you are eligible for a free month of membership for each new member who you refer to the YMCA of Metro North. After the referring member has been active for 90 days you will receive a free month of membership.
Employee Wellness Program
YMCA of Metro North Employee Wellness Partnership offers a range of fitness programs, discounts, and incentives to motivate your employees to get fit, stay healthy and live well. Employee wellness partnership benefits include Two-week membership for employees to try the Y, no joiner fee when registering for a recurring membership, a percentage off the monthly membership dues, and access to a range of health and wellness activities.
Financial Assistance Application
The Y is committed to helping everyone achieve their full potential. Financial assistance, to the extent possible, is available through our Y Level Member Program for those residing in the communities we serve that need assistance paying for the full cost of a YMCA program or membership.
