    The APP logs a user out once it’s not the active screen being viewed for Funds Transfers, Xpress Token and My Account balances. To continue using a user has to input his PIN again.

    Corporate accounts will not be available on the APP

    The APP requires internet to work. If your mobile data runs out you can still use a different source of internet, e.g. Wifi

    Yes, you can. Click on the “Active e-tokens” tab and select the source account that you used in generating your e-token. The list of all active e-tokens will be populated. the one you want to cancel and press the “” icon. Confirm by inputting your mobile banking PIN.

  • Can I do a partial withdrawal of cash generated on an e-token?

    No. You can only withdraw the full amount

  • How much is ged when I generate an e-token?

    They are both merchant payment products. mVisa will only work if you have a Visa card attached to your profile but Masterpass will work using your attached account regardless of whether you have a card attached or not.

    This error has nothing to do with the Ecobank Mobile App. Rather it arises when your phone reaches its storage capacity on the internal storage where apps are stored.
