@Xfinity lol yall hit a wrong button or something? literally everyones internet went out for a minute at the exact same time. Wouldnt be mad if yall hadnt made this a habit. Its expected now that when ppl purchase your service, it will go out at 2AM-3AM every day for no reason.

@comcast, My service is, yet again, not working properly. Starting on Thursday, when connecting to websites, I am experiencing timeouts, with pages not loading because of latency. Since this is happening on my side, always, all I can assume is that the problem is with Comcast.

I may be an old, white man, but it is not lost on me that my acquaintances who live in Wards West of the Anacostia River seldom experience the horrendous service that we all cope with here in Wards 7 and 8. So, Comcast, when are you going to give us the service we pay for?

@Xfinity customer service claimed that they had no way of contacting the store, which is an obvious lie. @Xfinity seemed to shirk all accountability by training their people to deflect, keeping the heat on customer service 12/

Heart broken I can no longer access my Twitter I had since I was 16 years old. Wtf contacted Twitter and everything and they can’t unlock my account. Told me to send a password reset to my email. That’s cool, because my old email address’ site no longer even exists. FU comcast
